At Absolute Care we encourage a culture where our excellent care team and the office team constantly invite feedback from clients and relatives, so we know how we are doing and what we can do to improve our services. We also carry out an annual client survey where we commission an independent company to phone our clients or their relatives to find out what they think of our services.
Below are some examples of the positive feedback we received from our latest client survey. Although we are very proud of these, we pay special attention to the critical comments from the survey because they are even more precious to us.
Why? Because critical comments allow us to see details of our service that are sometimes hard-to-see, and to continually improve and adapt our service to provide better outcomes for our clients and our excellent care team.
We had a previous company and moved to Absolute Care because they are so much better.
